You may use this website and our apps for lawful, personal or business purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to them.

Client services

Consulting engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement signed for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, design, and logos, belongs to Dream Element LLC unless otherwise noted. Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

No warranty

The site and apps are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Dream Element is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
