This policy explains what information Dream Element LLC ("Dream Element," "we," "us") collects through this website and through apps we publish, and how that information is used.

Information you send us

If you email us or use the project form on this site, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message or answers. Form submissions are emailed to us and a copy is stored on our hosting server. We use this information only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance. Fonts and images are served from this site; no third-party scripts run on it.

Our apps

Each app we publish lists the data it collects on its App Store page. Unless an app's own privacy notice says otherwise, our apps do not collect personal information, do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and do not sell data. Where an app does collect data, we will describe what, why, and how long it is kept, in a section added to this policy for that app.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting), or when required by law.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing connect@dreamelement.co. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we will honor those requests.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
